MADE-TO-ORDER TURN AROUND

Soft Cut mostly offers products on a made-to-order basis. You must allow up to 28 days (for most standard items) before delivery. This excludes any specialty products which may have a longer or shorter wait time. Please refer to the description of each product to find how long your order will take to be made.

RETURNS

We only offer returns on faulty items. Because everything from Soft Cut is handmade- please email us if there is an issue that you think may be able to be fixed. We will pay for shipping via PayPal back to the Soft Cut studio if we are able to fix it. Please email softcutaustralia@gmail.com with any concerns.

We do not offer returns on any made-to-order items for the reason of buyers remorse or change of mind. Please choose wisely and ask questions (even after you have made your purchase) if you have any concerns.
