SHIPPING/PICK UP

All products are shipped through Australia Post. You will receive an email once your order has been fulfilled along with tracking information. 

Within Australia we currently offer:

$10 Standard Shipping

$13 Express Shipping 

or

Local Pick Up from the Samford Lifestyle Center- Alice's Earth. We will get in touch with you to organise the exact time and date for pick up. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP TO THE STORE AS YOUR PURCHASE WILL NOT BE THERE UNLESS IT HAS BE ORGANISED WITH US PRIOR.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow additional time for delivery for orders outside of Australia (due to covid 19).

Prices vary from $20-$25 depending on location.

Once orders are in the hands of Australia Post we are no longer liable for any delays or damage. Please ensure your postal address is up to date.

If we are unable to fulfill your order for any unfortunate reason you will be issued a refund.
